From the East/South

From South Bend and Michigan.  Travel west on I-94, exit at the first Michigan City exit (Exit 40).  Continue west on US 35 (Michigan Blvd) until reaching its end at US 12 (downtown Michigan City). Turn right (east) on US 12. Proceed over bridge. Travel approx 2 miles to Garden entrance on right. 

From anywhere south of Michigan City, Take US 421 to I-94, then east on I-94 to the next exit (exit 40), then proceed as above.

From the LaPorte area, take US 35 north to its end at US 12 in Michigan City then proceed as above

From the North
From New Buffalo and other communities along Red Arrow Hwy, proceed west on US 12 into Indiana, staying on US 12 toward Michigan City. Travel about one mile past Karwick Rd. traffic light (first in Indiana) to Garden entrance on left.

From the West

These directions will bring you from Chicagoland (via I-94), Lake and Porter Counties via US 12, US 20), Southern and Central Indiana (via I-65/I-94)

Using Highway 12
Take US 12 to Michigan City. Continue through the City and past Blue Chip Casino.  The first stop light past Blue Chip Casino will be Liberty Trail.  Approximately 3/10 of a mile past Liberty Trail, turn right into the Gardens.

Using Highway 20
From US20, US 12 can be accessed at the "Pines Cutoff" (IN 520) or County Line Road. In both cases, proceed left (north) from US 20. Once reaching US 12, turn right and proceed east into Michigan City.  The first stop light past Blue Chip Casino will be Liberty Trail.  Approximately 3/10 of a mile past Liberty Trail, turn right into the Gardens.

Using Interstate 94
Travel east on I-94, exiting at the second Michigan City exit (Exit 40).  Continue west on US 35 (Michigan Blvd) until reaching its end at US 12 (downtown Michigan City). Turn right (east) on US 12. Proceed over bridge. Travel approx 2 miles to Garden entrance on right.
